Coloring pages...

I have been pretty busy lately working in different things. Unfortunately (or maybe it’s fortunately!), some of the things I’m working on are moving a little bit slow. Everything has there on process and phase, and I know that, but we know I’m not so good with that, because I don’t have patience. And yes, I know I have talking about that like hundred times, and I know I have been “promising” to don’t be hard and breath and control myself when things doesn’t happen as fast or as I want. Well.. I swear I’m trying, but sometimes I just get a little bit anxious… and that it’s annoying.

This week has been one of this weeks where I can totally concentrate or focus in what I’m doing. My mind is in 100 different places and I’m waiting for some emails/responses to move some projects to the next step and looks like my patience is super thin. I know the response will come soon, but I want it NOW… and again, I have to understand the world and things don’t move around what I want in that specific movement.

Well… to calm myself and let things go and focus in the things I can control and do in this moment, I have been doing the typical calming things: deep breath, meditate, take a walk, ground myself…
And all those things worked… but still I needed to find something else. And I did ;)
I just made a couple of coloring pages and I sat down with a bunch of markers and I spent a couple of hours coloring those little circles and my mind calm down! I didn’t even think about food in a couple of hours… and that is WEIRD.
