Working again!

I’m back! I had the most relaxing and great vacations ever (I said the same after each vacation!) The Lake is beautiful and everything is perfectly quiet. My BF’s family stayed the holiday weekend with us, and like always we had a blast! Football, food, drinks and laughs the whole weekend. I can’t believe I only gained 3 pounds :S (not fun!) but after all the food and drinks, IS NOTHING!
I took a more pictures, but they are in my BF camera and he is still up there :S. I came back before because somebody have to work, right?
What you think about the lake? Is not perfect??
My sketch book and pen had great time too… inside my suitcase! Miraculously I managed to finish 2 whole drawings there. But I least I came back with my mind really clear and ready to design madness!

Life is getting better

Yes, life is getting better. I have been 5 years and a half here in US and in the first 5 years I took maybe 2 vacations. And now in 2008 I’m going out for my SECOND (maybe third if I count my vacation in-town) vacation time this year! And again I’m going to see my BF family… YUPIIIII.

I’m going with the boy (indeed I’m leaving alone because him is already there) to the Indian Lake to spent a few quiet-nice days up there. I’m really excited about this trip because I’m looking forward to spent some days in the lake with the boy and also I know (during his fishing time) I’ll have some beautiful time to draw and create.

I’ll back next Wednesday and hopefully I’ll have nice pictures and new things to show here. In the meantime see the postcards I draw for a cool swap Amy of purplepinkandorange made! (the picture is BAD… sorry!!!!)

No Pictures!

Our "friend" Fay is not here in Miami BUT the rain is still here! Again.. no complains because I love rain (and thunders!) The only no-good thing with these kind of days is I can’t take pictures of my last canvas and drawings. Hopefully next week the sun will be here again. And taking about next week, looks like I’ll take a few days free (August 28-September 3). My BF wants to escape the Florida Heat and we are going to Ohio and spent some days in the Indian Lake. I’ll use those days to design new products and the 2009 Calendars. I’m planning new designs but I’ll have 2 o 3 designs I made in for the 2008 Calendars (because they are cute!)

And I’m planning to work in more “for kids” prints. I have 2 more in my shop. Have a great weekend and see you soon ;)
