Affirmations

I totally believe positive affirmations can work serious magic. I know that… but I know sometimes it’s super hard to keep positive 100%. Yeah.. I have been saying the same all the time, right? But honestly I have been working a lot in try to switch my mind when negative or not pleasant thoughts come to visit me. I realize the best way to focus in a positive affirmation is seeing it and repeating in mind (or aloud if you prefer!). Finally last week I start to work in a “daily” affirmation drawing (let see if I can do one per day!). The idea is to create tons of drawings with affirmations and someday create like cards or maybe a book with all those drawings. Let see see what happens!
Here my first drawing, and the print is in my shop ;)

Totally agree! So important! One of my favorites is "People pay me large sums of money for doing what I love!" :)

I've just discovered your blog and I have to say that your designs are inspirational. I love how you manipulate line and shape.

Your affirmation project is an excellent idea. I recently came across a small project on one of the blogs I read that you might find of interest. It caught me in its simplicity and power - http://blog.creativekismet.com/2010/07/22/you-are-beautiful/

I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work. And I like your frog submission for the Creative Colour Challenge, which is how I found you.
