Oh I love your style! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving such kind words. I showed my students your tree along with other ones with complicated trunks and they all tried to recreate the hard ones with much difficulty. I thought your straight one would have been easy to explain, but no, they had to do it their own way. That is the fun of teaching as you never know what to expect. I will post the finished projects next week. Love this newest tree!

I also looked at Artful Blogging last night and saw your beautiful pieces - thank you so very much, you have inspired me more than you can imagine. I've always loved to work with ink and fine detail. I put my drawing on hold after giving birth to my son. He's 21 months now, and a little artist himself, so I'm picking the pen back up and heading into the studio! Thank you!
