not feeling it

Last week I was so proud of my productive behavior. I was feeling super good. Right now? I’m not feeling it anymore people :S No Good.

Still I have some cool work hanging on my table, I’m slowing picking up my pen and drawings circles.

Dear readers, please, stay here with me. I can smell the craziness of this week. My parents are coming tomorrow night (from Venezuela). I have some serious shopping in my agenda with my Mom on Wednesday, and I have to work in the “idea” I have for the center piece for my party on Saturday. Wondering how I’m going to accomplish that.

Andrew, if you read this, thanks in advance for all your wonderful patience, because, I have the feeling I’m going to lose my mind a couple of times… Thank you, you’re a good husband :P

Ok. I’ll try to relax and maybe smell the flowers I have in the living room.

I’ll back soon!!!

I think you need to redefine "productive." Because when I look at those AMAZING circles, and think about all that you have on your plate this week, that sounds incredibly productive to me!

Hang in there. I think we all go through this - very productive times and then times when we need to slow down. It sounds like you've got a lot going on this week anyway - no need to stress over another thing!
By the way - I agree with Valentina - the fish IS stunning!

What a lovely beautiful fish! you are a fabulous artist!
I totally know how you feel! There's a wonderful productive stage when you feel like creativity is coming out of your ears and then it all crashes down and you feel like it's all dried out!

I don't know if you've every come across this http://www.kerismith.com/ask.html but it's called the artist's survival kit.

I printed it out and now I'm just waiting for everything to crash down again so I can use it!

I can relate to this little post so strongly, Valentina . . I suppose you are recovered--but I think I have it now! It always seems to pass, but when you are in the midst of it, it isn't much fun. Hope you are back to feeling like yourself. : )
